Behind every old house is a story, but how do you uncover it? Join Andrew Cushing of NH State Parks and Mae Williams, preservation consultant at Unlocking History, as they share some of their tools, tricks and tips for researching your old house and discovering the stories of former occupants. Using case studies and a combination of sources – common and uncommon – they will share the keys to unlocking the past, and helping to assemble a fuller understanding of the history of an old house.
