The campaign to save the Concord Gasholder has hit the national news. Join the Concord Historical Society and the NH Preservation Alliance to learn more about this iconic landmark and recent efforts to preserve it.

Preservation consultant Elizabeth Durfee Hengen will share a brief history of the Gasholder and NH Preservation Alliance Executive Director Jennifer Goodman will speak about current and future plans for the building.

The event will be held in person in the Kimball Jenkins Carriage House. Masks are required. The room is equipped with HEPA filters for safety, and weather permitting we will also open the big doors for ventilation. The event will also be livestreamed on Zoom. This is the first of three fall lectures presented by the CHS.
