Daniel Faia is a nationally recognized woodcarver, furnituremaker, chairmaker, and educator. He creates custom commissions and teaches small group workshops in his Rollinsford, NH studio. Whether a project involves an ornamental woodcarving, a unique furniture design, or a period reproduction, Dan’s primary goal is to produce an heirloom treasure using traditional methods. With three decades of experience, Dan is also a frequent contributor to Fine Woodworking magazine and has participated in demonstrations and exhibitions for organizations such as Colonial Williamsburg, Museum of Fine Arts-Boston, and NH Furniture Masters.
